Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. In no case will any fees be charged to you for this refund.
We may refuse to make the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only required to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
End of the Withdrawal Instruction
The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts:
Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as they were received. Used and opened products cannot be returned or refunded for hygienic reasons.
Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods.
If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging, as well as the outer packaging, along with all accessories and packaging components. If the original or outer packaging is no longer available, please use another suitable packaging that provides sufficient protection against transport damage to avoid possible claims for damages due to insufficient packaging.
